Our marshmallows are gluten, egg and dairy free, however, do check our ingredients list carefully should you have any concerns.  Please be aware that our marshmallows are produced in a kitchen where all allergens are present.  


INGREDIENTS

Lemon marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), lemon juice, icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Passionfruit marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, passionfruit puree, beef gelatine (sulphites), icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Rose & Strawberry marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, strawberry puree, beef gelatine (sulphites), rosewater, lemon juice, icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Cardamom & Orange marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, orange juice, lemon juice, beef gelatine (sulphites), cardamom, icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Blackcurrant marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, blackcurrants, beef gelatine (sulphites), lemon juice, icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Pistachio & Vanilla marshmallows: Sugar, golden syrup, pistachios, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), vanilla extract, icing sugar, cornflower, sunflower oil, salt


Chocolate dipped Stem Ginger: Sugar, glucose syrup, stem ginger, water, beef gelatine,(sulphites) ground ginger, orange, icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil. Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier ((soya lecithin)), natural vanilla. May contain nuts & milk)


Orange with chocolate top: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, orange juice, lemon juice, beef gelatine,(sulphites) icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil. Dark Chocolate ((cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier ((soya lecithin)), natural vanilla.  May contain nuts & milk)


Vanilla: Sugar, golden syrup, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), vanilla bean paste (Ethyl Alcohol, Extractives of Vanilla Pods, Sugar, Vanilla Pod Seeds Xanthan Gum) icing sugar, cornflour, sunflower oil, salt


VANILLA MARSHMALLOWS WITH CHOCOLATE & SPRINKLES: Sugar, golden syrup, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), vanilla extract ((water, ethanol, vanilla pods), icing sugar, cornflower, sunflower oil, salt. Dark Chocolate ((cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier ((soya lecithin)), natural vanilla.  May contain nuts & milk) Sprinkles Sugar, water, maize starch, concentrates (spirulina, sweet potato, radish, apple, carrot, hibiscus), coconut oil, colours (lutein, paprika extract), glazing agent beeswax


Coconut Marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, coconut cream, lime juice, desiccated coconut (packed in facility which handles all nuts)  beef gelatine (sulphites), icing sugar, corn flour, salt, sunflower oil


Gingerbread Marshmallows: Sugar, glucose syrup, golden syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), ground allspice, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, icing sugar, cornflour, sunflower oil, salt


Raspberry Marshmallows: Sugar, Glucose syrup, raspberry puree, beef gelatine (sulphites), freeze dried raspberries, icing sugar, cornflour, sunflower oil, salt


Rice paper topped Vanillas - Sugar, golden syrup, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine (sulphites), vanilla extract (water, ethanol, vanilla pods), icing sugar, cornflower, sunflower oil, salt. Toppers: Rice papeE (potato starch, water, olive oil), ink (water, humcant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colours (E133, E122, E124, E102), acidity regulator (E330)


HONEYCOMB (WITH CHOCOLATE): Sugar, golden syrup, bicarbonate of soda. Chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier ((soya lecithin)), natural vanilla.  May contain nuts & milk)


Orange Pate de Fruits (fruit jellies): Orange juice, sugar, glucose syrup, pectin, citric acid, water


Apple Pate de Fruits (fruit jellies): Apple juice (with ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sugar, pecitn, citric acid


All marshmallows are best eaten fresh especially as we don't add any preservatives.  However, if you do need to hold out a little longer, the fruit based marshmallows and Vanilla packs are good for 4 weeks.   The rest, for up to 3 weeks. Once opened please eat within 2 days. 


Please discuss your requirements and timings for party, wedding or dinner deliveries so we can ensure the marshmallows will be as fresh as possible for you.


Keep out of direct sunlight.  

A dusting of icing sugar mixed with cornflour helps if they get too sticky.


While we try to make sure that all marshmallow, sizes and measurements  are as similar as possible, our goods are made and cut by hand and there will be minor variations in appearance.

Refunds are only accepted for goods that arrive damaged or are sent in error. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our food products are perishable goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.
