In 2020, she picked up a recipe book, opened it at random, and landed on homemade marshmallows. What began as a simple experiment quickly turned into hundreds of batches made and remade in her own kitchen—each one carefully refined until the texture was just right: soft, light, and truly melt-in-the-mouth.
During lockdown, a moment of quiet courage led her to walk down the road and ask a local pub if they might stock her marshmallows in their pantry market. They said yes.

They are light, moreish, and utterly delightful. We use all natrual ingredients with no nasties in the mix. All our marshmallows are gluten, egg and dairy free.
