In 2020, she picked up a recipe book, opened it at random, and landed on homemade marshmallows. What began as a simple experiment quickly turned into hundreds of batches made and remade in her own kitchen—each one carefully refined until the texture was just right: soft, light, and truly melt-in-the-mouth.
During lockdown, a moment of quiet courage led her to walk down the road and ask a local pub if they might stock her marshmallows in their pantry market. They said yes.
It was a small but meaningful turning point—suddenly, these once kitchen-made treats were ready to be shared, whether for parties, picnics, or something a little special

Each marshmallow is handcrafted in small batches in our kitchen, delivering cloud-soft textures and irresistible flavours - from cosy Gingerbread to tropical Passionfruit, to Great British Food Gold award-winning Coconut. They are light, moreish, and utterly delightful. We use all natrual ingredients with no nasties in the mix. All our marshmallows are gluten, egg and dairy free.
