Yes, all our marshmallows, honeycomb and cookies are handmade from start to finish using only natural ingredients. While we try to make sure that all sizes and measurements are as similar as possible, our products are also cut by hand and at times there will be minor variations in appearance.
All our marshmallows are best eaten fresh as we do not use any preservatives. However, the fruit based marshmallows and vanilla marshmallows are good for up to 4 weeks in their sealed bags. Ther rest for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, keep them airtight and eat within 2 days.
Yes, we provide bespoke marshmallow catering and wedding favours across London and nationwide.
We recommend 3-4 weeks notice for events. Ideally 6 week in summer months

No, our marshmallows contain beef gelatine. We are currently testing Halal gelatine which we will be launching shortly.
All our Honeycomb is vegan.
Our marshmallows are naturally gluten, egg and dairy free, however, do check our ingredients list carefully should you have any concerns. Please be aware that our marshmallows are produced in a kitchen where all allergens are present.

Refunds are only accepted for goods that arrive damaged or are sent in error. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our food products are perishable goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.
